You are asked to agree on the following terms and conditions before continuing your use of Site2Review.com and services it provides. For your convenience and easier understanding, the terms are written in clear and concise language, but if you have any questions or disputes please don't hesitate to ask.

A. GENERAL AGREEMENTS:

1. You agree not to post comments that contain any of the following:

• Unsolicited advertising of another web site, product or service
• Content that is offtopic and clearly unrelated to the article (review) it is posted to.
• Content that contains language that is deemed hateful, intolerant, sexual in nature or profane.

2. You agree not to attempt voting for a single web site more than once, using the "I like this site" button, nor employ any automated means of doing the same. Any such attempts may be detected and the user guilty of it permanently banned from Site2Review.com.

3. You agree not to abuse external links of Site2Review.com in order to boost rankings of the link's position in the "popular links" chart. Clicking a link should always be guided solely by genuine interest in the linked content, based on the link's anchor text or title.

4. You agree not to attempt any other deliberate method of disrupting Site2Review.com's proper functioning, nor attempting unauthorized access to private content.

B. REVIEW APPLICANT'S AGREEMENT:

1. To become a review applicant you need to fill out the review application form in which you are absolutely required to provide the following:

• The name of your web site, which may be used in the title of the review you are applying for.
• Top level URL of your web site (www.domain.com).

2. You may provide additional optional information allowed by the application form. However, if you do not provide any of these the reviewer of your web site is authorized to enter values deemed appropriate at its own discretion, where this is necessary to complete the review by the current basic review specifications (example of which is available).

3. You agree that you own the web site the review of which you are applying for or that you are authorized by its owner to do so. Site2Review.com or its staff will not be held responsible if you do not.

4. Web sites whose content can be classified as adult, gambling or hateful and intolerant will not be approved. We additionally reserve the right to reject the applications for any other web site at our discretion, with or without explanation. Such rejections are likely to occur only when it is deemed that our reviewers are unsuitable for providing a quality review of a web site in question. Thus such rejection is meant to prevent disappointment of our customers.

5. By applying for a review (not the same as just registering to the site) you agree that you are capable and willing to pay the stated price for it should your application be approved, and will provide a payment within a week of your application's approval. Should you fail to do so, your review application may be deleted and you may have to apply again. This is void if there is a free reviews campaign going on, in which case you don't need to pay and can safely ignore any payment requests.

6. Once your review has been published you are allowed (and encouraged) to use the badge code provided below it, to link to your review with a badge displaying the rating of your web site. You are, however, not allowed to tamper with this code in an attempt to display the rating that differs from that which has been given to your web site, as that would constitute fraud.

7. You are allowed to make improvement updates to your site's review only once significant and noteworthy improvements have been made to your site and to make no more than one improvements update per week. If you have had a week worth of significant improvements you can put them in a single improvements update entry. If your review is more than one year old or your web site has been completely redesigned, you are encouraged to apply for a new review rather than adding additional improvement updates.

These terms of use may be updated at any time at our discretion, and will always remain published. News of significant updates will be published on Site2Review.com's blog.
