Designers of Greymindz seem to have put a fair bit of effort into trying to make a splashy, attractive, but clean and functional design that will readily convey what is being offered. Most prominently we have a splash with monitors displaying all the offered services and a site logo and slogan. Above on the right there are basic links; home, about, contact and a sitemap. And just below it there is an attractive menu with five main category of services and drop downs for specific services. The rest of the layout is dedicated to the content on the left and a video ad on the right with three distinct green buttons below it, probably meant to offer some place for potential customer to start. Finally, there is a footer, with many links, one for each service, and W3C badges.
So far so good, the concept is well thought out. However the implementation could use some polish. First of all, the whole site is left aligned with a black background that doesn't extend across all of the visible space, at least on resolutions higher than 1024x768 for which the site seems to be designed. I usually recommend centering the site and making the background extend across all of the surrounding space, as this seems to improve the overall experience. It adds symmetry.
The main menu has round edges even though no other element does, which slightly impairs consistency. It should probably flow naturally from the splash, being of the exact size and alignment as well as exact style. If its edges are to be rounded then the edges of the splash image as well as the border of the content area below could be rounded too. Also, hovering the menu items reveals rounded corners within the actual menu which just doesn't seem right. If the designer would insist on putting this sort of an effect on hovered menu items in the drop down, then perhaps the rounder part could start at the edge of the drop down rather than inside of it.
Using bold on all text doesn't seem to add to the overall proficiency of the design. Bold fonts should probably be saved for emphasis leaving the rest of the content in normal weight. Speaking of text, white text on a completely black background might quickly tire the eyes. Perhaps the background could be made slightly lighter, at least for the content area. Also, the XHTML W3C badge is displayed, but there are still 18 xhtml errors, so that's something to look into.

Focus:
Greymindz.com immediately and repeatedly presents it's purpose. The services advertised on the site are prominent on displays in the splash graphic, are mentioned again throughout the introductory text and are yet again listed as links in the footer. And to top it all there is even a video ad that presents those same services. It's clear alright, almost to the point of overkill. Greymindz offers most of all the web development related services one could need pretty much covering everything from initial site design or web application programming to content writing and finally optimization and marketing, and ethically so (assuming "white hat" strategies). It's a one stop shop indeed.
Of course, when speaking of focus we can also talk about how specific a purpose of the site is, not just how well does it reveal its purpose. Focusing on one thing only often beats focusing on many things at once with regards to service quality. However, this can hardly be judged from a distance. Services advertised may be offered by a multitude of parties each focusing on one thing, so it is probably worth considering.

Content:
Each service being offered on Greymindz.com has its own page with an explanation that is clear, to the point and not too long, so it does a good job at telling the potential customer what is offered, why is it a good service to take up and how to apply. There is also plenty of cross linking going on within the site, so when one article refers to another related service, it is immediately linked.
Writing style seems fairly professional and fitting for this type of site and oddly enough about the only grammatical error I found is a misplaced period that seem to have stuck to the beginning of the next sentence instead of the end of the last one ("At Greymindz we don’t talk about our customers .We talk about our customer’s customers.").
The video ad does a good job at briefly presenting all of what a prospecting customer could expect from Greymindz with a number of suggestive imagery and animation. Content wise it seems effective, however the audio quality leaves something to be desired, though that might further be affected by youtube where the video is hosted and doesn't detract much from the understandability of what is being said.

Design of this site could still use a little more polish, but it has the right idea and flows well. Greymindz.com presents a wide variety of services relevant to website development, from A to Z, a true one stop shop. Services are described in a clear and concise way and without taking the potential customer too much time. If you need a web development and marketing service of any kind Greymindz may be worth looking at.
