The reviewer will provide an opinion based on his experience as a web publisher, but also from the perspective of a visitor that just found a web site in question for the first time. Suggestions may be made with regards to improvements that can be made to the design of the site, which should make the review more useful to the web publisher who ordered it.

This part of the review is about the ability of the site in question to convey what it is about, what can a visitor expect from it, in which ways it can be useful and so on. The reviewer tries to determine the purpose of the site being reviewed and examine how well is it being defined. If necessary, suggestions may be made with regards to how can the site's focus be better conveyed.

Content:

This is where the reviewer takes a deeper look at the content of the site, starting from the actual amount of the content available, its relevancy, usefulness, consistency, style and so on. Judgment will be made from reading a sample of the content most immediately available on the site. Content is king and so it is important that the content aspect of the site is examined and suggestions with regards to how it may be improved given.
